Last week I planted my second round of green beans (on Thursday I think). Today when I got home, I found that they were off and running!

I also have lots of green tomatoes:

I picked a basket of green beans, lettuce and my first zucchini before we left. When I came home I found even more green beans and some cucumbers:

Wow--your beans are growing really quickly--that's great! It is fun to leave for a few days, and then see what is new in the garden when you return.

ReplyDeleteSometimes I think it is nice to be away from your garden for awhile. When you look at it everyday, you don't notice the changes. But hwen you are gone and come back, its always "Wow"!

ReplyDeleteYummy green beans! I'm dying to harvest a bunch from my garden to make dilly green beans.....still waiting as they're taking their sweet time! Enjoy your bounty!
