Practicing contentment by remembering the graces of the week and practicing gratitude by giving.In a week that has ended with large, dark, metaphorical clouds in our world. I am glad that I took a few minutes to reflect on the finer things on Friday, because I think that I would have completely overlooked them today. I'm thankful for friends who help out, for family and health.
For the quick emails of encouragement, for the brief moments of generous recognition, for the community we live in. All these things get me through the week. That and a coming vacation.
