Grilling Vegetables

BBQIt's finally decided to be summer in our neck of the woods which means firing up the grill (between rain showers) and getting out of the kitchen.  For the next few days I'm going to be sharing some of my favorite grilling recipes including Grilled Potatoes, Grilled Zucchini and Fajitas.  To kick off this short series, here's an article I recently published at Helium.com:

While the grill is often considered the man’s domain for cooking meats to perfection, the grill can also serve as a wonderful summer appliance for cooking your vegetable side dishes as well.  Armed with some skewers and aluminum foil you can add veggies to just about any meal in a matter of minutes and you can stay with the party on the patio, instead of in the kitchen.
